Yeah thats pretty much it, when I log in to music.youtube.com to generate my cookies (to download music in high quality) and than go to download I only have medium quality and low quality options.

Cookies Editor extension not working even when it has access to all websites. When I open it, the UI asks me to allow access to the current website or all websites, but both buttons are not working.
