WATCH: Cebu City Environmental and Natural Resources Office (CCENRO) installed the bio-fences for at Pasil Fish Port this afternoon. After the simulation that was conducted last Spetember 6, CCENRO added weights to make the bio-fence submerge a bit into the water so that it can collect more garbage as per initial assessment of the bio-fence.
