Intention tremor (also called intention or action tremor) is a cerebellar tremor that occurs during voluntary movements, especially when the person tries to reach a target. The tremor worsens as the limb approaches the target. ⭐ Key Features Appears during goal-directed movement (e.g., touching your nose, picking up a cup).
