A lot of people think they can’t do frog pose but there is a frog pose for pretty much everyone. Frog pose has many benefits, including improving hip flexibility and mobility, reducing back pain, and getting attention in the chipotle parking lot. REASONS WHY I DO FROG POSE EVERYDAY 📝 I do this for 3 minutes a day whenever I feel like it! 1️⃣ Improved my groin and hip flexibility - The frog stretch helps to increase the flexibility of the hip adductors, the muscles responsible for bringing your thighs together. Stretching the groin muscles will increase your range of motion, which is beneficial for a wide variety of activities and daily movement ability. 2️⃣ Alleviated my lower back pain - A tight groin can contribute to lower back pain
