📌Clinical Guide: Torsades de Pointes (TdP) & Long QT Syndrome (LQTS) --- Key Causes 1. Drug-Induced QTc Prolongation: - High-risk agents: Amiodarone, fluoroquinolones, macrolides, SSRIs, antipsychotics, antiemetics. 2. Electrolyte Imbalances: Hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia. 3. Inherited LQTS: LQTS1/2/3 mutations (confirm via genetic testing). Diagnosis - ECG: QTc ≥460 ms (women) / ≥450 ms (men). - Indeterminate Cases: Holter monitor, exercise stress testing. Acute TdP Management 1. Immediate Actio
