We wanted to share an update on Lux, our 4.5-year-old striped skunk ambassador. A few weeks ago, after a routine check-up, Lux experienced an unexpected seizure of unknown cause. Since then, he’s been having some trouble with coordination in his back legs—they’re a bit wobbly at times—but he can still feel and move them normally. Skunks are famous for their ability to spray a foul-smelling liquid as a defense mechanism.
