After teaching my Pilates class @fitlifeli Wednesdays 5:30-6:15pm, I was all warmed up to play. It’s now a little over a year post spinal fusion and thoracotomy. I’ve spent lots of time rebuilding my core. This L-sit requires core, hips, shoulders and arms strength to complete a static hold.
