DEEP-FRYING 101 👩🏻‍🍳 TIPS: ✸ USE THE CORRECT OIL: Oils appropriate for deep frying include: canola, corn, soybean, peanut, vegetable, sunflower, peanut, avocado. ✸ NO WATER: make sure everything is SUPER DRY to prevent splattering ✸ TEMPERATURE CONTROL: I highly recommend getting an oil thermometer for great and consistent deep frying results. Deep-frying is best between 160ºC-190ºC. ✸ DON’T OVER FILL YOUR VESSEL - about halfway in a large pot or wok is great. @ABC Australia ✸ Don’t overcrowd
